SCADP originally began with a focus on specifically 'street children' in and around Phnom Penh. Since its inception and growth however, SCADP has increased to work with and for the following target groups;

2. Street working children


3. Child domestic workers


4. Rural working children


5. Trafficked children


6. Border crossing children


7. Victims of armed conflicts/violence


8. Family members of the above children


9. Community members of the above children
