Drawing was taught to kids by a Singaporean artist

The visit of Mr. Victor Ang, a Singaporean artist, in September 2014 was featured in the Kampuchea Thmey Daily, a Cambodian newspaper, dated 4th September 2014, Issue #3570, Year 13.
